The Blueberry Bakery

 Welcome to the Blueberry Bakery!

My name is Maia Halm and I have been baking since I was 5 years old.

You may ask yourself... why the name "Blueberry Bakery?". The story starts when I was 5.  After days and days of badgering my parents, asking them, "When can I bake?", "Can I please bake something right now??", they caved in. 

My first creation was simply; butter, water, flour, a little 

      sugar, and some blueberries. I threw these ingredients 

      into a bowl, mixed for 3 seconds, and plopped them

    

      onto a tray and placed them in a cold oven (which I

    

       thought was preheated), thank you, Mom and Dad. 

My parents allowed me to explore my creative 

liberties, which paved the way for how I create

today. 

This blog consists of past baked goods I have created over the years. I am new to blogging, so bear in mind that this is a work in progress. I'm excited to share this part of me with you!
