Cakes, Celebration, Creativity
Cakes have been some of my biggest challenges whilst baking.
They require immense patience, precision, dedication, and technique.
For 3 years, I failed every cake I made. I grew so frustrated,
that I had to take a year break and focus on other mediums.
When I returned, I had watched countless videos,
read various books, and learned from others around
me. Now, I knew the mistakes I was making and was
ready to improve my abilities.
Now, Cakes are some of my favorite goods to bake.
I see them as a signature dish, something that is only
created for special occasions. I bake my best friends
and family members' cakes for their birthdays as a
token of my appreciation for them.
Cakes have taught me the fundamentals of
what it takes to be a successful baker.
